RIHA public housing units are located on four sites including Spencer Towers, Sunset Heights, Lincoln Homes and Manor Homes. Spencer Towers and Sunset Heights are high-rise buildings while Manor and Lincoln Homes are comprised of row houses and town houses. All sites are open and available for general occupancy.

Public Housing Application Requirements
The following documentation is required at the time of application:

	Valid State ID for all adults in household (18 years of age and older)
	Social Security Cards for all persons in household
	Birth Certificates of all children under the age of 18
	One signed Employment Verification form (even if not currently employed)
	Four Rental History Verification Forms signed with names and addresses of each reference
	Three Character Reference Forms signed with names and addresses of each reference
	One Disability Certification signed with a doctor's name and office address (If claiming Disabled with no SSI documentation)
	One Declaration of Section 214 signed for every person in household (Parent or Guardian signs for children under 18)

Each adult must sign the following documents:

	Utility Release Form
	HUD-9886 Form
	Criminal Background Release
	Four Rental History Verifications
	One Employment Verification Form
	Authorization to obtain Consumer Information Form
