If you are a Quad City landlord looking for a steady monthly income, opportunity just arrived on your doorstep. Rock Island Housing Authority (RIHA) is looking for property owners to participate in their Housing Choice Voucher Program.

The Housing Choice Program is a national rental assistance opportunity funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Program allows low- and moderate-income families to live in decent, safe, and sanitary housing.

RIHA has a current waiting list for the Program. If you have vacancies and meet the Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspection, RIHA can provide you with good tenants and a guaranteed monthly income.
