CHS is structured to be self-sustaining and entrepreneurial. It can develop and manage rental properties and act as a
vehicle that can incur debt to purchase and dispose of property. It also provides a wide range of services to Public
Housing Authority customers through a variety of diversified funding resources, consulting services and partnerships.
As a team, CHS offers assistance with the development of growth strategies, property and resource initiatives, strategic
planning, asset management and implementation tactics, all of which are supported by a variety of marketing and public
relations, customized training, and communications services.
Funds generated by the corporation are invested to develop additional affordable rental and homeownership housing
