Community Housing Solutions (CHS) is a not-for-profit corporation established as the result of the 2003 RIHA Asset Management Plan. CHS is structured to be self-sustaining and entrepreneurial. It works with and supports RIHA in its mission to meet the housing needs of the current and future residents within the City of Rock Island, Illinois. CHS is also positioned to be a facilitator of housing opportunities to a broad base market transforming the organization into a development partner, asset manager, contract negotiator and contract monitor as well as property owner and manager.
